Terms of Use

These terms cover the SenFlow Windows application and its product website. SenFlow is developed by SenTHANi. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

What SenFlow does

SenFlow captures microphone audio while you dictate, sends it to the Google Gemini API for transcription, and inserts the resulting text into the Windows application that has focus. Optional features can transform selected text, run a separate live spoken interpreter, or batch-transcribe audio files you choose. The app requires an internet connection and a Gemini API key. It does not provide an offline transcription service.

Your Google account and charges

You provide and control your own Gemini API key. Your use of Google services is subject to Google's Gemini API terms and any other terms applicable to your account. Google may impose rate limits or charge for usage. SenTHANi does not set or collect those charges. SenFlow's free or paid tier setting is used for notices and cost estimates; changing it in SenFlow does not change the billing status or data protections of your Google account.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the words you dictate, files you choose, and text you edit. SenFlow needs to process that content to provide its features. Successful dictations and transformations are saved in a local Scratchpad database by default. Audio, transcripts, selected text, and related instructions may be sent to Google as described in the Privacy Policy. Review that policy before dictating confidential or sensitive information.

Use the app responsibly

Use SenFlow lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of people whose voices or information you record. You are responsible for checking that the correct application has focus, reviewing generated text before relying on it, protecting your API key, and deciding whether a chosen Google billing tier is suitable for your data.

Accuracy and availability

Speech recognition, translation, and AI editing can make mistakes. Network, microphone, Google service, and Windows permissions can affect availability. SenFlow may fail to insert text into an elevated application because Windows restricts input from a lower-privilege process. Do not rely on unreviewed output for decisions where an error could cause harm.

Software license and updates

SenTHANi grants you a non-exclusive right to install and use the app for lawful purposes. This does not transfer ownership of SenFlow or its branding. We may release updates, change features, or stop providing a version. The app does not update or charge you automatically through SenTHANi.

Warranty and liability

SenFlow is supplied as available, without a promise that transcription will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, SenTHANi is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate output, service outages, or misuse of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact
