Colorchecker
Fullscreen test patterns for dead pixels, backlight bleed, banding, gamma, sharpness and response time. Rendered at your screen's native pixel grid.

Native resolution
Arrow keys to step
For the most reliable reading: run in a dim room, set the display to its native resolution, disable any
night-light or colour filter, and give the panel ten minutes to warm up.
Steps through every test in order. Space or the right arrow advances.
Custom colour
Any colour you choose, full screen.
Dead vs stuck
A dead pixel stays black on every colour. A stuck one stays lit in one colour. Only
stuck pixels are worth trying to revive.
Backlight bleed
Some glow at the edges of a black screen is normal on IPS. Judge it in a dim room at your usual
brightness, not at 100%.
Browser limits
The browser paints in sRGB and the OS may apply colour management and scaling. Treat this as a
useful check, not a calibration instrument.
