By accessing or using the Magic Writer application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Magic Writer provides an AI-powered text generation and editing interface. The service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence APIs (such as Google Gemini) to process user inputs and generate content based on specified parameters, recipes, and instructions.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account credentials.
• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the generation of hate speech, explicit content, or content that infringes upon intellectual property rights.

4. Content Ownership and AI Generation

You retain all ownership rights to the original text you input into Magic Writer. By using the App, you grant us a temporary license to process your text for the sole purpose of providing the AI generation service.

Output generated by the AI is provided "as is". Magic Writer makes no claim of copyright over the generated output. However, due to the nature of generative AI, the output may not be entirely unique and may be similar to content generated for other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Magic Writer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
