AuraGen is operated by AuraGen Labs ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
AuraGen is a browser-based interface to Google's Gemini image generation API. It has no server component of its own. It does not generate images: it formats your request, sends it from your browser straight to Google, and displays what Google returns.
You need your own Google Gemini API key. Your use of that key is governed by your agreement with Google, including the Gemini API Terms of Service. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential; anyone with access to your browser profile can use it.
Every request is billed to your own Google account. We never see, handle, or intermediate any payment. Cost figures shown in AuraGen are estimates calculated from published list prices and may be wrong. They are not a quote, a cap, or a guarantee. Check your Google billing console for actual charges. We are not liable for charges you incur, including charges from accidental, repeated, or automated runs.

We claim no ownership of anything you create with AuraGen. Whatever rights you have in generated images are determined by Google's terms and by the law where you are, not by us. You are responsible for how you use the output, including any labelling obligations for AI-generated media.
AuraGen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will meet your expectations.
Projects, images, and saved prompts live in your browser's storage. Browsers evict that storage without warning, and clearing site data destroys it. Use Settings › Export to keep backups. We cannot recover lost work, because we never had a copy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, nor for lost data, lost work, lost profits, or API charges, arising from your use of AuraGen.
We may change AuraGen or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

AuraGen has no backend. There is no server of ours for your data to reach, so we do not collect, receive, store, or transmit anything about you or your work. This page exists to explain where your data does go.
Nothing. No accounts, no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts, no error reporting. AuraGen is a set of static files; the only thing our web host records is the ordinary server log produced by serving those files to your browser.

localStorage.None of this is transmitted anywhere by AuraGen, and none of it is readable by us.
When you generate, describe, or enhance, your browser sends the request
directly to generativelanguage.googleapis.com. It is not
proxied through us. The request contains your prompt, any reference images
or photos you attached, your chosen settings, and your API key.
That data is then handled by Google under the
Gemini API Terms
and the
Google Privacy Policy.
AuraGen deliberately does not set the API's store flag, so it
does not ask Google to retain your interactions for later retrieval, but
what Google does with data it receives is governed by Google's policies,
not ours.
The microphone button uses your browser's built-in Web Speech API. In Chrome and Edge, the audio is sent to Google's speech recognition service to be transcribed; Safari uses Apple's equivalent. This is your browser's behaviour, not something AuraGen controls, and it is separate from the Gemini API (it uses no Gemini quota). Firefox does not support it, so the button is hidden there. If you would rather no audio left your machine, type your prompt instead.
Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a CDN, so no font provider sees your IP address. There are no analytics providers, embeds, or advertising networks. A Content Security Policy restricts the page to its own origin plus the Google API endpoint, so it cannot silently contact anywhere else.
AuraGen is not directed at children and requires a Google API key, which has its own age requirements.
